XM Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to total customer satisfaction. We guarantee that in the event that a customer is not 100% satisfied within 90 days of purchase,  we will promptly issue store credit to be used on XMLighting.com once the product(s) is returned to our warehouse with all original packaging, packing list/ invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our center, and the item(s) must be insured with the carrier returning it to XM Lighting. 

Customer must contact XM Lighting via email to xmrma@xmlighting.com to request RMA#.

 

  1. An RMA number is required for warranty claims. Items returned without an RMA will be void. All warranties granted will only be in the form of store credit on xmlighting.com.

 

  1. A verifiable invoice and or packing slip (proof of purchase) is required for warranty claims.

 

  1. XM Lighting is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment back to our facility. We highly recommend insuring the package with whichever carrier you use. We cannot issue a refunds on items lost or damaged by the carrier who is responsible for returning the items to us. (i.e. If you return an item to us and it is damaged during shipment or we never receive it, we cannot issue credit) Please insure all returns for you protection.

 

  1. All credits will be for the amount of current cost of item to be replaced on xmlighting.com.

 

  1. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift certificate and are valid for one year from date of issue.

 

  1. Customer must call or e-mail our customer service center within the specified time frame in order to be eligible for credit.
